The new Indian Scout Bobber is here to give all classy motorcycle lovers an adrenaline rush. The new launch is in an upward league than the earlier Indian Scouts.

The engine remains to be the standard Indian Scout engine. The headlights are a little bent, a stripped down look body with a more muscular appeal. The most fascinating feature is the ‘Indian’ badge in block letters on the fuel tank.

The Indian Scout Bobber has opted to shed weight, making it lighter, providing a better power-to-weight ratio. It has the agility that riding enthusiasts look for to quench their thirst for speed. Bobber comes with wider tyres and turn indicators only. The rear LED lights have integrated stop, turn and tail signals to minimize parts and hence reduce weight. It has number plate mounted on its side, which is a first of its kind move. The Indian Scout Bobber will be available in a range of five new shades with a wide range of overwhelming accessories. The most sought after colour variant will again be black.

Price of Indian Scout Bobber
The most awaited motorcycle is expected to have a similar price tag as its prime competitor, the Triumph Bonneville Bobber, in India. In international markets, Indian Scout Bobber is priced at $11449 i.e. at about 8 lakh Rupees. It will come to India as a CBU (Completely Built-up Unit), entailing about 75 percent import duty and additional taxes like GST of 31 percent, it would cost at about Rupees 14 Lakh (ex-showroom price, Delhi).

Launch Date of Indian Scout Bobber in India
The motorcycle will come to India by September this year. The Indian Scout Bobber, latest addition to the Indian Scout family, has already been launched in the US. Polaris, the giant that owns Indian Scout, has confirmed that the bike will be available from the end of September in India. The deliveries too, will begin by the end of September.

And, as the Indian Scout exclaims, “Grab on. Hold fast. Your Legend is just getting started”.
